I wasn’t a kale guy, either.
In 2016 I was living in Creede, Colorado, where good, healthy grab-and-go food was hard to find in winter. Kale chips kept coming up in my research. I wasn’t a fan, so I took it as a challenge: make something seriously nutritious that actually tastes amazing.
